Worcester Eisenbrandt (WEI), a historic restoration construction company, is seeking an experienced Plasterer  to work in Lexington, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
Expert Craftsmanship & Finish Work

  • Apply wet plaster finishes to interior and exterior walls and ceilings.
  • Create and restore ornamental plaster elements, including cornices, moldings, and decorative features.
  • Mix and prepare plaster, stucco, and cement materials to specified standards.

Application Techniques & Installation

  • Apply materials using trowels, brushes, and spray equipment on a variety of substrates.
  • Install plasterboard partitions, acoustic tiles, and composite wall linings.
  • Execute surface‑specific techniques to meet restoration and design requirements.

Site Preparation & Collaboration

  • Prepare surfaces thoroughly to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality.
  • Assist in the setup and safe use of scaffolding and access equipment.
  • Proven experience as a professional plasterer, preferably in restoration or historic work.
  • Strong understanding of traditional plastering materials and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, craftsmen, and other trades to meet project goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, manual labor, and work at heights.
  • Physical stamina to work in varying weather and site conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites across the region.
  • Dependable, safety‑conscious, and committed to high‑quality workmanship.
